Goal

The repo has no commits, so git push fails with "src refspec does not match any". Create a small first commit and get main onto the remote.

Acceptance criteria

docs/PLAN.md contains the full project plan
README.md states what PedalPebble is, the target hardware (Pebble Time 2 + Android) and links to docs/PLAN.md
.gitignore covers Pebble (build/, .pebble-cache/), Gradle/Android (.gradle/, build/, local.properties, *.apk), Python (__pycache__/, .venv/) and editor/OS noise
Local branch renamed master -> main
git push -u origin main succeeds against ssh://git@git.butzei.de:2222/robert/PedalPebble.git

.gitignore covers Pebble (build/, .pebble-cache/, *.pbw, .waf*), Gradle/Android (.gradle/, local.properties, *.apk, *.aab, .cxx/, .kotlin/), secrets (secrets.properties, .env), and Python (__pycache__/, .venv/) — confirmed by direct read.
Branch is main, not master — confirmed.
git push against the remote succeeds — obviously true; 118 PRs have merged to main since.
README.md states what PedalPebble is, the target hardware (Pebble Time 2/emery and Pebble Round 2/gabbro — the fleet grew since this issue was written) and Android — confirmed by direct read.
docs/PLAN.md does not exist at that path — it was deliberately moved to docs/archive/PLAN.md as the project matured well past its original 2026-08-31 scope (its own README entry: "kept for the reasoning, not the content: its architecture, message contract and Spike C definition are all overtaken, and its issue table stops at #47 of 70"). README now points readers to DECISIONS.md/REQUIREMENTS.md/PROCESS.md instead, which is the honest, deliberate evolution of this criterion, not an unmet one — reconciling it here explicitly per D48 rather than silently checking a box that's no longer literally true.
